Hi, I’m Dr. Kari Fitzgerald - a mental health clinician, counselor educator, yoga teacher, and retreat facilitator dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and live with greater clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
My work blends clinical insight, mind–body practices, and accessible education to support individuals and groups in moving through stress, burnout, and disconnection - not with quick fixes, but with strategies that create real, lasting change.
I believe healing becomes possible when people understand why they feel the way they do and have tools that help them respond, not just react. My goal is to make those tools simple, practical, and usable in everyday life - whether I’m working with someone one-on-one, speaking to a room full of professionals, or leading a retreat.

MY BACKGROUND
With a doctorate degree in counselor education & supervision, a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling, and years of experience teaching yoga and leading yoga teacher trainings, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to every space I lead. I specialize in stress, burnout, nervous system regulation, and the intersection of mental health and embodied practice.
I’ve guided hundreds of clients and participants through experiences that help them understand themselves more clearly and navigate life with more steadiness and confidence.
